You will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, supporting both learning and emotional regulation. You’ll be expected to confidently implement individual education plans, manage behaviour effectively, and adapt strategies to meet each child’s needs.

You will support children’s early development across communication and language, early literacy, numeracy, and personal, social and emotional development.
