You will be supported by our senior leadership team who will give you the guidance and development opportunities you need to be successful in the role. You will work closely with the Operations Director to grow and nurture your area, providing leadership for Home Managers and driving and maintaining a culture of excellence across all operational homes in the area.

You will lead on financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, oversee cash flow and statutory compliance, and provide clear, timely insight to support decision-making.

You will need to be a self-motivated person, with demonstrable experience of commercial management of residential construction projects.

You will set and oversee the Group's tax strategy, ensuring compliance, risk management and good governance across all taxes, influencing commercial and strategic decision-making while safeguarding and optimising the Group's tax position.

You will be a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive leadership experience and will have:
