You will act as a trusted confidante, providing professional support and advice to managers and employees alike. This role requires a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Support the HR team with all administration tasks.

You will need to hold a Full Driving licence as you will be required to travel to other sites. We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who has employee relations experience, a natural team player, can work from their own initiative and taking accountability for projects to be delivered across the business.

You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
