You will be taking warm inbound sales calls from potential customers and making equally warm outbound calls are to existing customers who might be i.

You will be given leads each day and the focus of the calls will be about quality rather than quantity.

You will also be or have: - Commercial Insurance industry background (essential) - Experience of generating new business - Great customer service and communication skills - Excellent face to face & telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily - Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance and sales

You will provide strategic oversight and direction, guaranteeing best-in-class delivery to diverse customer projects, including Dreadnought, Astute, Vanguard, PACE, SSN-A, and future export opportunities.

You will be overseeing and coordinating import operations to ensure stock availability at UK port locations in alignment with customer demand and service expectations.

You will be an experienced import or logistics professional who has either managed a small team, or has the right skills/behaviours to step up into a leadership position ( coaching, addressing performance, motivating, supporting)

You will bring our brands like Spontex, Sistema, Contigo to life across various communication channels, develop and deploy consumer promotions, and lead the integrated planning process to ensure excellent execution.
