You will work alongside the Agent to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards. Initial work includes bridge and trunk sewer remediation packages, offering the opportunity to be involved from design through to delivery.

You will have responsibility for a team of Refrigeration Engineers to ensure that planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on-time and to budget.

You will also be responsible for the call-out rota and ensure adequate and safe cover at all times.

You will be responsible for proactive and reactive tasks, including electrical PPM, HVAC, and basic fabric maintenance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under strict health and safety procedures.

You will also liaise with clients, monitor contractors, and ensure all work meets contractual and company standards.

You will have previous experience working on component level repairs, as well as soldering and testing of equipment.
