You will be developing revolutionary machinery designed to transform some of the world’s most energy‑intensive industries. You will work closely with our machining, strain gauging and calibration teams to translate customer requirements and market needs into robust, high-performance mechanical designs. The role will suit an engineer who enjoys combining theoretical understanding with practical application - using analysis, simulation, and test data to continuously refine and improve product performance.

You will oversee projects from office-based studies and proposals to full design, procurement, coordination, and site delivery, often managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously.

You will work on a hybrid basis out of our Leicester or Kingsbury (Tamworth) office and need to be based within commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
