You will work as part of a team of Line Technicians to ensure that the Production Lines are maintained and fully operational in order to achieve maximum efficiency levels and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.

You will manage trailer movements, monitor Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) performance, produce operational reports, and provide timely information to support decision-making. The role involves working closely with Senior Management, Shift Managers, Traffic teams, engineers, and security, while also coaching and supporting team members.

You will learn how to solder to a high standard. Environment: Working in a strictly "Clean Room" environment.

You must be dexterous and able to handle fragile items. Hygiene: Excellent personal hygiene is required due to the sterile work environment.

You must be local to Lutterworth.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles whilst on-site, charging/replacing batteries and any other activity reasonably required depending on the specific customer defined processes and procedures, adhering to HSE requirements at all times. What You’ll Be Doing

You will carry out basic fault finding and planned preventative maintenance on the automated production line equipment to rectify any minor faults. Fault finding mechanically on Conveyors, monorail systems and pneumatic equipment the majority cases you will replace components like for like.
