You will deputise for the Lead Social Worker in quality assurance meetings and support the delivery of safeguarding induction and update training across the hospital.

You will work at Thornford Park which is a combination of medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats. The service provides a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.

You will be based within a specialist mental health service that includes medium secure, low secure and rehabilitation units. As a deputy manager of the team, you will lead and promote adult safeguarding and will empower recovery to encourage service users to engage in their care plans and achieve their goals.

You will be a focal point and signpost for construction advice, information and expertise about policy, best practice, knowledge and relevant standards. Provide due governance and management to meet relevant Nuclear Licence Conditions, safety codes and quality standards.

You will act as a technical expert, ensuring compliance and safety on major defense projects. Qualifications include RPA2000 certification, and strong leadership skills are essential.
