You will take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, to specification and with strong commercial performance. You will be managing a team of Project Managers and Site Managers for each developments.

You must have a proven track record as a Build/Contracts Manager within the house-building/residential sector, together with all the relevant certificates required.

You will manage relationships with important stakeholders including MPs, councillors, the Housing Ombudsman Service and local authorities.

You will lead by example and be confident in your ability to diagnose repairs and specify remedial works using the NHF schedule of rates.
