Learning and Development Manager jobs in Gloucester

You will lead and inspire teams, ensure full CQC compliance, and promote a positive and inclusive culture. This is a key leadership role where you will directly influence service quality, staff performance, and business growth.

You will:Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, the Health & Social Care Act 2008, and local authority contracts

You will be managing complex construction, refurbishment and regeneration projects from inception through to the planning and construction phase, handover and thereafter ensuring a smooth transition to occupation and use.

You will engage with a range of stakeholders including contractors, consultants, occupiers, land owners, development partners, councillors and other government bodies.

You will be the Registered Manager for two Ofsted registered solo occupancy children’s residential care homes focused on providing support for children with learning disabilities

You will lead a team of directly employed staff, we do not use any temporary agency staff across any of our homes.
