Learning and Development Manager jobs in North Tyneside

You will work in our Care services across Northumberland and North Tyneside supporting customers with Learning Disabilities to live their best life.

You will be supported by a Registered Manager ensuring you can support the team while maintaining CQC compliance.

You will ensure the competence of your team through a process of observation and assessment, coaching and directing as required.

You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.

You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.

You will bring strategic acumen, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines, institutions, and external partners.

You will be confident in leading change, fostering collaboration and managing performance, and committed to the continuous development of others.
