You will possess excellent leadership and team management skills to ensure you and your team work collaboratively and effectively.

You will have excellent communication and people management skills and have knowledge and a good understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework with a proven track record of quality assurance and service improvement.

You will have the skills to: •Deliver planned 1:1 and small group support as needed, and as specified by the Director of SEND which may include movement (e.g. sensory circuits) or support, literacy and numeracy, social understanding or emotions •Work with designated subject area staff to provide in-class support for students with special needs and / or disabilities

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

You will be required to support the Service Manager in completing waking night spot checks of the service twice a year. Required Experience: * Managing budgets and financial information, taking appropriate action where necessary. Working with vulnerable people, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or an acquired brain injury.

You will meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
