You will play a key role in enabling fast, reliable and scalable delivery of ML driven solutions across the business. The environment is collaborative, fast paced and engineering focused, with a strong emphasis on high standards, automation and continuous improvement.

You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.

You will work with telecommunications data including time series, network telemetry, and sensor data to address complex operational challenges in wireless technology.

You will help ensure employees and apprentices have access to the training, guidance, and support they need to succeed. You'll join a small, collaborative L&D team who are responsible for the design, delivery, and administration of training across a blue collar multi-site environment.
