You will lead the strategic development of occupational therapy practice and champion our Learning Disability and Autism specialty, ensuring our clinical and therapeutic model remains agile, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of the people we support.

You will implement individual and group interventions, adjusting and refining formulations to meet patient needs.

You will also support staff development through training programmes and provide supervision to Assistant Psychologists, helping to build a strong and skilled team.

You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment whilst working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs. You'll do more than provide care – you'll be a mentor, advocate, and source of encouragement, helping the people you support to achieve their own individual outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by managing a team of dedicated Office Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists, who work closely together to safely implement personalised care packages for our clients.

You will lead the team and provide effective leadership and support.

You will produce reports with managers detailing key activity in relation to falls, safeguarding, pressure trauma, admissions and discharges.

You will be supported to work collaboratively with managers and colleagues from our policy and practice team to produce and update policies and procedures.
