You will work 5 days a week spread over the 6 days. If you work a Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week so that you only work a total of 5 days.

You will, of course, be paid for all of the additional hours that you will be supporting. Full induction and training provided.

You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.

You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.

You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays What you can expect: Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting.

You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.

Assessments for disability allowance (PIP). Hybrid role with nursing or therapy background. Requires clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

You must be in good health and capable of performing all care tasks.
