You will be an integral part of a motivated and caring team including Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputy Manager and Registered Care Manager. As a key part of the dedicated teams we allocate to every young adult, you’ll have a vital role in helping our residents learn and develop skills for life.

You will join us on a full time basis.

You will be working in Calne the location is a shared supported living.

You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people.

You will effectively become part of the family and everyday life, with the role encompassing everything from companionship, personal care, managing complex care needs and medication requirements.

You will be working in one household, typically with one or two clients for the duration of the specified shift pattern as below.

You will contribute to assessments and interventions including undertaking direct observations, completing specialist risk assessments and care planning.

You must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

You will be required to work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours

You will be required to travel to different properties within the defined area as and when required • Use the Lone Worker system as and when necessary

You will provide 2:1 waking night support, ensuring B feels safe, understood, and valued throughout the night. Enabling B to live their life in a way that is meaningful, fulfilling, and true to who they are.

Support workers needed in Melksham for temporary roles, supporting individuals with learning difficulties, offering flexible hours and weekly pay.

Support worker needed to support children with learning disabilities. Duties include 1:1 support and community involvement.

Support autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and personal care.

You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. - Good grasp of the English language

You must be available for at least three weeks, which would cover some of our shorter-term positions.

Support children and young people aged 8-18 with learning disabilities. Provide personal care, plan activities, and ensure their health and emotional support.

You will need to have a minimum of three months recent UK experience working within a healthcare environment in a similar capacity. Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an video interview. All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and we require a minimum of two satisfactory employment references.

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is essential, and we cover full travel expenses up to 45p per mile. Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required. You’ll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
