You will provide respectful personal care and support to enable people to develop their quality of life and independence.

You will enable people to establish a positive and meaningful lifestyle, build community connections and relationships with others.

You will book shifts using our free SONA app, which also provides directions to, and further details of the services.

You will be supported by a Quality Assurance Team that is responsible for leading the team to drive up quality, reaching and exceeding KPIs and promoting our ethos for continuous improvement.

You will be working with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities and communication difficulties.

You will help identify triggers and barriers to learning, as well as implementing your knowledge of psychological theory and apply it in the classroom.

You will join the Project Accounting team within the Electronic Systems business unit, which combines design, production, and support capabilities across the UK and internationally. You will be working in a mainstream Primary School. The role will be 1-2-1 based with a student who has Additional Needs (ASD). The school's mission is to challenge, enrich, and empower every learner, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship. - This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation and is NOT suitable for candidates who already have a similar or higher-level qualification in the same or similar subject of the apprenticeship.

You will be checking that site users have parked responsibly and are following site rules for timing and payment.

You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.

You will work 4 shifts of 10 hours on a rota basis.

You must be able to reliably get to site for the shift start times of 10.30am.
