You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLa MA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.

You will be a qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.

You will have managed a portfolio previously and be able to demonstrate your advisory skills during interview.
