You will bridge the gap between teaching staff and students - making sure students understand course materials, stay engaged and can access any additional support they need. Working in the Learning Technology team, the successful candidate will be working on an ongoing temporary basis, assisting students aged 16-19.

You will provide a specialism in behaviour support to enable our students to achieve their best, as well as covering for lessons when teachers are absent.

You should already have experience of working with children and have an understanding of how to motivate students to learn.
