You will need to have a minimum of three months recent UK experience working within a healthcare environment in a similar capacity. You will be involved in making and delivering scheduled support calls and outpatient clinic visits. As an experienced oncology nurse, you will provide clinical reviews, toxicity management and patient education and support. Be at the heart of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

You will be a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor (HV) within the integrated 0 to 19 Torbay Partnership and provide the expertise, knowledge and resources to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) to families living within Torbay. Working with the 0 to 19 Torbay workforce to ensure pathways are followed in supporting children, young people, families and carers.

You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
