You will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and plan and produce a variety of documents and supporting material to enhance the home’s activities programme. You will be working at the Head Offices in Burton on Trent with hybrid working (2–3 days a week in the office).

You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will be looking after Young People with mild to moderate learning disabilities so experience of working with Autism, ADHD and non-verbal and knowledge of Makaton or PECs is desirable. Training will be provided but the most important quality we are looking for is a commitment and a desire to bring a positive influence in the lives of young people.
