Learning Support Coordinator jobs in Kettering

You will work directly with pupils aged 7 to 18, supporting their learning, communication, and emotional development, particularly for those with special educational needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and resilient, ready to make a lasting impact on students' lives.

You will be part of a busy, customer focused team, ensuring that all the customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

You will act as the first point of contact for all L&D enquiries, management of emails, calls and correspondence.

You will be proficient in MS Office and internet/email usage.

You will be a key member within the team and the person that secures this position will be crucial to the success of the team on its F1 and Advanced Engineering projects. The role is based 100% on site in Brixworth and will be responsible for factory based F1 track support.

You will be committed to promoting high levels of attendance, reducing student absence and have a track record of working successfully with children, young people and families.

You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel to support in reporting and tracking attendance, and it would be ideal to have had experience of how to use Arbor and its reporting systems.
