You will work directly with young people, building genuine relationships and using therapeutic approaches such as Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) and PACE to help them feel safe, valued, and supported to grow.

You will be responsible for delivering specialist support to patients in community-based or residential settings, helping them maintain independence and improving their quality of life. Role: Mental Health HCA's and Support Workers Location: Various care packages across the Nottinghamshire area

You will also be responsible for assessing learner portfolios and, where qualified, internally verifying Early Years and/or Teaching Assistant programmes. Successful candidates may be required to deliver a taught session in the evening (term time).
