You will be responsible for delivering operational onboarding, induction, and skills training, as well as refresher and multi-skilling programs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and meet the needs of the individuals we support Lead CPI, EFAW, and Moving & Handling training across regions

You will work with the child on a personalised plan, helping them develop positive behaviours and coping strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 support to a child with behavioural difficulties, focusing on improving attention and managing behaviour

You will play a vital role in enabling our students to achieve to their maximum potential, preparing them for adulthood and independent living.

You should be confident, organised, and able to work in a busy environment.

You will be supporting across Primary ages between 11 to 19 years old. Personal care is mandatory within this school. Resilience and adaptability to deal with a variety of emotional and behavioural challenges. The ideal candidate should have experience working with challenging behaviour in an education or Support setting.

You will provide clear direction, inspire your team, and ensure the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of care and support.

You will also ensure your team are well-trained, competent, and confident, with access to mandatory learning and development opportunities. Ultimately, you will embody and deliver our mission: Enable, Empower, Enrich, and drive our vision: Stronger, Better, Different.
