You will lead and inspire your team, maintain OFSTED compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment where our young people can thrive. Your starting salary is between £44,982 and £50,605.26 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and training.

You will receive a 10 % discretionary bonus per annum.

You will also update online care records and complete medication administration.

You will undertake a wide range of duties, which will involve direct and indirect care of young people who have complex mental health needs within the Care in Mind residential homes and various other settings e.g. college/leisure activities.

You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in the care industry, preferably working in the community with Learning Difficulties/Autistic clients and will have an NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it. A full, clean UK Driving Licence would be advantageous but not essential.

You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.

You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
