You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

You will work with the Occupational Therapists and MDT across the Unit and will be supported by the team which is led by the Allied Health Professional Lead for Salford. You will design bespoke courses, provide targeted support, and collaborate across the university network to enhance student learning.
