You will be supporting across Primary ages between 11 to 19 years old. Personal care is mandatory within this school. Resilience and adaptability to deal with a variety of emotional and behavioural challenges. The ideal candidate should have experience working with challenging behaviour in an education or Support setting.

You will be supporting service users with a vast range of support needs.

You will be supporting the tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support.

You will work to make a positive difference in the tenants’ lives and promote their independence at every step, whilst enabling them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life.

You will initially be required to work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period, however on successful completion of this period you will be offered a permanent contract. The school specifically support learners with SEMH and ideally would like to appoint a Behaviour Mentor with the relevant knowledge of the need.

You must have a clear DBS certificate to be considered for this role.

You will lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging aninnovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors in order to raise standards and meet challenging targets in line with performance indicators.

You will manage a caseload of young people aged 16-19 on the Football study programme. The role includes working with young people to agree their learning plan, monitor attendance, mentoring and coaching.

You should hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4.

You will have the opportunity to work from project concept through to design, manufacture, commissioning and into service.

You will have responsibility for the following activities: - Coordinating ILS aspects across projects to ensure a consistency of approach across the business.

You will provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line technical support to users across several sites, ensuring systems run efficiently and downtime is minimised. The role is primarily onsite at the Midlands locations, with some flexibility for home working when needed.

You will be fully supported by the Registered Manager and the wider operational team, with opportunities to grow your skills and progress your career within our expanding organisation.

You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.

You will help them to book appointments, arrange transport and where necessary, escort them on visits and assist with their shopping.
