You will help facilitate a fun, friendly and safe environment for students to thrive both academically and personally. Your role as a learning support assistant will also include providing general classroom support to the class teacher.

You will take initiative well and be able to adapt your approach to match the needs of the children.

You will help play a key role in continuing to help people manage their long-term conditions, making sure they receive the right kind of support to help them remain independent and live longer and linking in with our healthcare and charity based colleagues in the wider community.

You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning. What we’re looking for:

You will be expected to work at one of our base sites (with some ability to cross cover) - these include Bicester, Banbury, Oxford, Witney, Abingdon, Henley and other Trust spaces.

You will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop effective relationships with parents, colleagues and outside agencies. IT capability is essential as is the ability to prioritise, plan and time manage effectively.

You will be working in a room alongside a room leader providing care and educational support to children from 3mths - 4yrs. As an agency worker you can choose which days you are available for work and you can choose the number of hours you wish to work each week.

You will do this by analysing the complexities and subtleties of how digital information is formatted across a wide range of types, including office suites, media, images, 3 D, GIS and various specialist formats to build an internal knowledge base covering file formats and the tools that manipulate them.
