You will be based at our (Draycott Moor School) and will form part of the team at this school.

You will be expected to attend meetings and training at the school and at times may be asked to cover lessons/support in school if needed.

You will be working in a variety of non-school settings where you will be building and maintaining excellent educational relationships with the students.

You will receive ongoing training and coaching from your manager, as well as specific training courses throughout the year to help you develop your management skills and foster upwards career progression. Support will be provided for you to gain your Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis (or 2:1 with support of an additional practitioner).

You will be working on a flexible contract where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.

You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.

You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
