You will work closely with apprentices, tutors, assessors, and employers to provide tailored learning support that enables apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their apprenticeship outcomes. Support may be delivered one-to-one, in small groups, or within learning and workplace settings, depending on individual needs.

You will help facilitate a fun, friendly and safe environment for students to thrive both academically and personally. - Your role as a learning support assistant will also include providing general classroom support to the class teacher.

You will take initiative well and be able to adapt your approach to match the needs of the children.
