You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: cooking/baking, board games, movie nights, arts and crafts and many more!

You will be required to work every other weekend and cover at least one waking night and one sleep in per week. Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

You will use your knowledge of child development and the EYFS to implement high quality, engaging activities that are aligned with children’s individual needs and care plans and inspire them to reach their full potential; observing, assessing and recording their progress.

You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy and their well-being is promoted.

You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.

You must be a UK resident or hold a full UK visa and be willing to complete a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
