Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel, we have been supporting older people for over 120 years. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.

You will carry out functional assessments, develop tailored PBS plans, and deliver both direct and indirect interventions to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. In addition, you will provide advice, coaching, and training to staff and carers, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote consistent, safe, and effective support.

You will be required to work every other weekend. Temporary cover is required for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role is £14.21 per hour, with £1.72 holiday pay, totalling £15.93 per hour.

You will complete assessments, support inductions into services, and work closely with clients to agree clear support plans and measurable goals.
