You will lead two Estates Surveyors and take responsibility for all routine and reactive property management activity. About the Interim Estate Manager role:Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Council’s non‑housing property estate, ensuring assets are managed efficiently, compliantly and in accordance with corporate policies.

You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of estates and valuation services, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure best value and professional compliance.

You will be checking that site users have parked responsibly and are following site rules for timing and payment.

You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.

You will work 4 shifts of 10 hours on a rota basis.
