You will support the Resident Service Associates during lease up across each BTR community, meaning you will play a critical role in supporting them in their leasing goals while creating and delivering exceptional resident experiences at every interaction. - Provide leasing support across multiple communities, assisting on-site teams to fulfil community goals.

You will be confident with a positive approach Minimum 1-2 years experience in an administrative role

You will be responsible for: Manage all vehicle procurement (lease / long & short-term hires) to ensure the correct number, standard, and cost of vehicles. Manage the vehicle budgets. Ensure all vehicles are adequately insured and arrange cover when required. Ensure all vehicles have the correct documentation for intended use.

You will have the ability to manage your own workload to meet timescales and will have experience of accurately processing numerical and/or financial data.

You will work with colleagues who offer support to ensure our customers' expectations are met.
