You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills with front of house/reception experience gained from a professional office setting. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as a visible brand ambassador within the London design community, while working closely with internal colleagues to ensure alignment, delivery, and commercial success.

You will be the first impression, the central coordinator and a trusted extension of the UK sales team. Showroom Management & Experience * Act as a welcoming, enthusiastic host who creates an engaging and memorable experience for all visitors. Manage the day-to-day running of the Clerkenwell showroom to ensure it is always immaculate, inspiring and on brand.

You will act as the design lead for the London region, partnering closely with the specification sales team to interpret briefs, develop bespoke carpet solutions, and support projects from initial concept through to completion.
