Lending Manager jobs

You will ensure effective covenant monitoring, reporting, arrears management, collections activity and restructuring support, while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and customer care.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and support wider strategic and transformation initiatives across Operations.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients within your portfolio and will plan regular meetings with your clients.

You will be responsible for proactively managing risk within your portfolio.

You will be Building lasting relationships with your clients, supporting them with any queries and help that they need.

You will conduct sector‑specific and counterparty‑specific market analysis and forecast potential impacts of market changes on transactions or counterparty environments. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing financial models and transaction documentation to ensure robust credit risk assessments.
