You will be required to provide clinical supervision, in line with your experience. In this role, as an experienced clinician, you'll deliver high-quality psychological care to adults with learning disabilities, shaping the support around them and promoting independence. You'll work within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team alongside partner agencies, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach.

You will be part of a team that delivers a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum for students. You’ll monitor and support students’ progress and development and contribute to raising standards and attainment, whilst motivating and challenging students to achieve their very best.

You will work with the department to contribute to improving and developing current curriculum resources.

You will have previous experience in a residential care setting along with proven team leadership skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of our Residents.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.
