Liability Adjuster jobs in Scotland

You will handle a range of PL & EL claims generally up to £100,000. - The position is homebased and you can live anywhere within Scotland, but must be prepared to travel accordingly.

You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Personal Injury (EL/PL) and third-party property damage and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.

You will be home-based, ideally living in the Central Belt and capable of handling a wide range of quality personal injury losses on a cradle-to-grave basis. Our client concentrates on smaller caseloads of quality losses with all work being undertaken on a time and expensed basis.

You should be self-motivated and confident in your own ability.

You will manage Employers Liability, Public Liability, and property damage claims, making informed decisions and taking claims through to settlement.

You will interact with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders. You’ll need to explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all parties involved.

You will be home-based, ideally living in the Central Belt and capable of handling a wide range of quality personal injury losses on a cradle-to-grave basis. Our client concentrates on smaller caseloads of quality losses with all work being undertaken on a time and expensed basis.

You should be self-motivated and confident in your own ability.

You will be working with dedicated Insurers or Policyholders to manage their Property Damage claims through to settlement including repair stage where you will utilise your technical knowledge by building scopes from evidence gathered such as photos, videos and agree cash settlements.

You will be home-based, ideally living in the Central Belt and capable of handling a wide range of quality personal injury losses on a cradle-to-grave basis. Our client concentrates on smaller caseloads of quality losses with all work being undertaken on a time and expensed basis.

You should be self-motivated and confident in your own ability.

You will handle a complete mix of injury and third party property damage losses on both a cradle-to-grave and investigate and report basis, primarily for Lloyd's and London Market clients.

You should live in the Central Belt but must be prepared to travel widely as the job requires.

You will be home-based, ideally living in the Central Belt and capable of handling a wide range of quality personal injury losses on a cradle-to-grave basis. Our client concentrates on smaller caseloads of quality losses with all work being undertaken on a time and expensed basis.

You should be self-motivated and confident in your own ability.

You will start out in the field with a caseload of losses, working alongside experienced Field Adjusters where they will fully support you and join you on site visits and help with the writing of reports.
