You will act as a nominated Liability Adjuster for key accounts. Ideally, you will be ACII and/or ACILA qualified, although this isn't essential. You will leverage your technical expertise and experience to proactively assess and report on liability claims, ensuring full compliance with client requirements and service standards.

You will deliver timely, accurate reports while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

You will be responsible for managing and looking after call claims for the business, which is SME business in nature, for shops, restaurants, pubs, and tradesman as well as some Property Owners, Fleet and Commercial Combined too. With some highly ambitious future plans our client has already seen tremendous growth and you will be the next part of this!
