You will ensure all work is compliant with aviation regulations and maintenance standards, while also supporting and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft. Document all work performed accurately, in line with manuals and regulatory requirements.
