You will be required to carry out an enhanced DBS check for this position. Please note - this role is home based however, as you will be travelling between customer sites you will need to be a commutable distance to Macclesfield. What you will be doing: - Responsible for own queue and ticket management.

You will use Samsara technology to complete your pre driver daily checks and you will be responsible for the completion of all paperwork

You must be willing to work flexibly to achieve customer deliveries The usual standard working hours are 05:30-14:30 with overtime available

You will engage with tenants to ensure the smooth delivery of required works in terms of time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will also be required to independently manage contractors and consultants, lead on project delivery from scoping through to completion and ensure compliance with legislative standards including HHSRS, Decent Homes, and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation).

You will make sure the team is consistent, safeguarding is strong, and each young person has a clear plan that helps them move forward. This role suits someone who can balance care and control. Warm with young people, clear with staff, and confident with partners and compliance.

You will learn how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, and investigate incidents. Step 2 – NEBOSH General Certificate Build on your foundation with the NEBOSH General Certificate, the gold standard for health and safety professionals.
