You will also be responsible for leading and co-ordinating the internal efforts of junior staff, providing appropriate frameworks and tools, agreeing appropriate standards and co-ordinating delivery against these standards. You will manage all aspects of bid development to achieve the successful conversion of project opportunities in order to secure the workload necessary to the delivery of the business plan.

You will be accountable and responsible for your bids. A good understanding of the bid process, win strategy, storey boards, PQQ submission and project management of the bid process is essential.

You will bring expertise (with a degree in engineering/science, and experience in the field) and a passion for creating sustainable solutions.

You will relish being part of a dynamic team within a progressive and well-respected firm.

You will have good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working within a team environment.

You will be responsible for producing highly competitive, carefully analysed tender costs and preparing high-quality submissions to clients on new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.

You will have extensive knowledge of general building works, estimating strategies, building methodologies, and contract requirements, as well as a strong understanding of factors influencing tender outcomes.
