You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care while providing clear direction and support to the night staff team, maintaining standards when senior management are not present.

You will be an experienced care professional holding an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with the ability to lead confidently during night shifts.

You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well-being. Every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role. You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
