You should be able to draw upon your experience to identify and substantiate the impacts of change, both on MEP design and installation work, and have the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical people.

You will lead and develop high-performing teams, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships, with a focus on net zero and sustainability.

You will work closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and functional leaders across project management, programme management, design, risk, PMO, cost and carbon management, planning, and information management.

You will be responsible for all aspects of design, documenting, and commissioning Stage Lighting systems on our projects, working as part of our project teams which can include team leads, theatre designers, stage equipment designers, experience designers and acousticians to deliver holistic, bespoke dedicated design solutions.

You will provide support as part of a team in delivering projects effectively, whilst maintaining technical performance standards.

You will have experience in using recognised design software tools such as REVITT and ideally have exposure to MagiCAD

You will have recognised qualifications in Mechanical services design and either be working towards Chartered Status, or have an interest in doing so

You will have a degree, a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), at least 5 years PQE, and experience in commercial finance, pricing, bid analysis, and contract management.

You should have managed management accounting processes, led teams, handled stakeholder relationships, and managed risks, costs, and efficiencies.
