You will work closely with the Geophysical Services Manager and wider technical teams, gaining exposure across all stages of project delivery, from mobilisation and field operations to data processing, client liaison, and commercial controls.

You will help build and maintain project programmes, track budgets and schedules, identify risks, and support regular project meetings.

You will utilise your C licence authorisation and, when required, B authorisation to supervise engineering activities and ensure compliance with airworthiness standards.

You will be a reservist employed by the client (not the RAF). When not deployed for military tasks, you return to your civilian role with the company. This role involves a mix of day and night shifts and deployments up to 6 months per year. Main Responsibilities Undertake scheduled and un-scheduled Aircraft Maintenance in accordance with the required regulatory and company requirements.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of Council-owned homeless accommodation in West Oxfordshire, ensuring high-quality, safe and well-managed services.

You will also need a sound understanding of housing legislation, including the Housing Acts, the Homelessness Reduction Act and associated guidance.

You will work collaboratively across adult and children's services, health, education, and voluntary sectors to build resilience and long-term support networks, enabling individuals to live independently and safely.

You will have worked within multi-disciplinary teams in a projects or maintenance role with practical experience on site. Ideally in the Anaerobic digestion or biomethane sector or related process industries.

You will be proactive and happy to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the growth of the business.

You will assist in the design, simulation, and validation of our hardware systems. Your primary focus will be on the electronics—specifically the physical circuitry and PCB layouts that manage energy flow—distinct from the mechanical structure or control software.

You will characterise, optimise, scale, and validate the R&D team’s unique ophthalmic production processes, ensuring they are robust, repeatable, and scalable. As this is a completely new optical system, the role requires a high degree of creativity, along with a proactive, hands-on engineering approach to developing novel and often complex production processes.
