You will be expected to work in a team to ensure the rooms are ready on time, styled to our standards.

You will have just as much interaction with our guests as any other team member – so must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our guests with a smile and personality.

You will prepare cages of linen to facilitate the delivery the cages of clean linen and collection of the dirty linen.

You will take ownership of deliveries of linen from our supplier and on delivery check all linen is delivered and is in the condition it should be.

You will also support with the external cleanliness of the Accommodation ensuring everything is cobweb free and pristine.
