You will collaborate with development and application support teams to troubleshoot message flows and resolve integration issues, whilst overseeing capacity planning, scaling and tuning of Solace infrastructure to meet both current and future operational demands, automating wherever possible.

You will be based within the Hospital Information Systems team joining other trainers where you will be involved in delivering training and user support to staff working at our two hospital sites.

You will deliver face to face training on a one-to-one basis in the workplace, in small groups in a classroom setting and to large audiences in a bigger venue as required.

You will investigate system capability and usability, and through the application of new technologies and techniques, make refinements to systems and graphical user interfaces. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
