You will deal with a range of personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, primarily in respect of motor, public liability and employer liability claims. Key responsibilities: Acting upon instructions, to prepare and investigate the facts surrounding the claim including Interviewing witnesses, preparing statements and instruct/liaise with expert witnesses.

You will support senior colleagues in delivering strategic legal advice on a wide range of disputes, including: Property contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, title and boundary matters, servitudes, rights of way, and property-related debt recovery.
