You will carry our tasks concerning maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, supporting resources, buildings and utility services.

You will work on mechanical equipment such as motors, gearboxes, couplings, seals, pumps, valves, pneumatics, and hydraulics and electrical equipment such as sensors, valves, control gear, PDS, and safety systems.

You will cover sites in the following areas: Somerset, including Bath, some parts of Wiltshire, around the Calne, Chippenham area. Down as far as Yeovil and across to the M5 Taunton / Bridgewater. This role is based on working 40 hours per week with overtime available. Due to the nature of their contracts, there is NO call-out rota for either of these positions.

You will play a key role in leading and delivering design elements across a broad range of infrastructure schemes, including: - Highways design (S38/S278) - preliminary and detailed - Drainage design (S104/S98), including foul pumping stations, SuDS, flow control and balancing
