You will play a key part in maintaining smooth site operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently in line with the construction programme. Working closely with the Logistics Manager, Site Management, and subcontractors, you will help keep the site productive and compliant.

You will demonstrate more than one of the following skills: * Electrical * Grounds work * Adhering to Health and Safety legislation, and a safe and secure working environment. Accountable for the quality of the maintenance and repair work delivered. Ensuring that the work delivered meets the correct Unite Students standard.

You will act as the client representative, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of capital works projects, including new office fit-outs and major refurbishments. Projects will typically range from 20,000 sq ft+ and will involve complex stakeholder coordination in live, occupied environments.

You will take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of multiple small works and fit-out projects, from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with internal design, commercial and construction teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely on programme and within budget.

You will be responsible for receiving client requests, reviewing drawings and project information, prioritising call-outs based on urgency and contractual position, and allocating resources accordingly. A key part of the role is confidently managing conversations with clients where works are outside of scope and agreeing chargeable instructions.
